Can anyone help.  I am trying to use a Dekco DC5L security camera.  The camera is visible in my TalkTalk Router device management list but I cannot find it on my PC.  Does anyone know how I can make it visible.  Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

You may only be able to see the Dekco DC5L on a PC by using the CloudEdge app.

I'm just a customer who might be able to help, not official help & support.

That sounds like it is probably OK, but to be sure please can you post the full output from the command so I can check it for you?

How does the camera connect to the router?

Hi - I did that but don't know what it means, the result was;

Round trip times in milli seconds

minimum = 2ms, maximum = 2ms

Average 2 ms

Can you ping the camera from the Windows Command Prompt with:-

ping 192.168.1.X

(where X is the last part of your camera's IP address)?

Presumably, you just browse from Chrome or Edge etc to its IP address.
