Intermitent router problems

Hi

Over  past few months I've had problems with our router. Suddenly signal doesn't disappear but I just get message on our wifi devices that there is no internet. It lasts for let's say 30 seconds and everything goes back to normal. Happens few times a day. I cannot access setting of the router. Resetting router hundreds of times doesn't help. It's very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated.
