Almost every night at midnight my internet dies for an unknown amount of time - it has become extremely frustrating and I have no way of contacting talktalk over the phone to discuss this. Can someone please please help me get this resolved. It’s been like this for over 6 months

Yeah kids option was enabled. I disabled it - I can’t believe that was the issue honestly. Why that was enabled in the first place is beyond me.
