Hi,
My internet has been down for over 4 weeks now, done all the tests etc... opened up fault reports
all be told they have expired. had a chat on twitter & reported it & now to be told thats expired. all i want to do is to talk to someone & report the fault!!!!
very un happy customer after being with you for years 😞

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
