Internet down spent 8 hour's over phone and chat all diagnostics done and tests in the end sent a new router out. router came and still no internet constant flashing orange on router on fibre box all green

There are no Talktalk staff on here at weekends for support, sadly,  @wezace.

 

You'll need to persevere with Chat  / phone support if you have the means to get through to them.
