Internet drop out

keep getting internet drop out since upgrading to fibre

last Friday approx 3.30 pm, Last Sunday 10.00pm, today approx 5.00 pm fixed  by turning off and on router

Thanks for confirming. Do any of the lights change on the router when this happens or just on the router? Which router do you have? (make and model)

When you say "fibre" do you mean FTTC, or Full Fibre?
