How long does it take for Internet to reconnect when it's been turned off. I was late paying but I've paid about 1hour ago and it's still not on!?

Did you unplug the router, @Stickeyblu

 

Leave it off for at least 30 minutes, and then see if you get a connection when you power it up again. 

 

If you still then have problems, please start a thread of your own.

It can take up to a day, but may come back sooner if you switch off the router.

 

Unplug it at the wall too for fully 30 minutes, @mamasandbabas123.

 

May be back when you restart it.
