I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Can I just check, when the connection drops, does the white light stay on the front of the router?

 

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile.

Hope you have plenty of hair to pull out,it is not easy.It’s like playing pass the parcel,multiple line checks, router hard resets,6days later having had no internet ,the engineer arrives..He confirms yes your router is broken,he replaced it all good now.
