I having problems with the Internet connection, I been trying to call Talk Talk to be able to explain my situation.

But I keep sent to how to reset the Internet something impossible for me to do it, as the Internet connection is upstairs. I have been discharged from hospital after a major spinal surgery. I bed bound I unable to stand up or walk. Someone come to help and manage to connect the Internet but temporarily.

How can I get a much needed help.

@Achy1810 Please confirm what internet issue do you have, are you experiencing dropping connection, slow speed or no internet?

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support team to pick up your thread and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number (TalkTalk Phone or Account number box )and, if possible, an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-


Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
