Just changed TVs have a freeview box now cannot use as different remote and not getting internet on

just changed TVs over now one with freeview boc cannot record different handset smart tv and new one in lounge we can’t get internet connection with to watch hub programmes. So no recording available on one and no internet connection with two in lounge

Sorry can you be a bit more specific please?

 

Does your box record and what model is it? The box remote should not change just because you have changed TV.

 

Are you not getting a signal to the box? Is that the issue? If so then you need to have the aerial feed to the box and then a n aerial cable from the box to the TV.. The HDMI cable should run from the box to the TV too. In settings on the box the antenna out should be turned on.

 

if your TV is not getting internet connection, you will need to follow the TVs instruction on connectting to your router.
