Lost internet at 2:48am. When I tried my phone I had no dial tone, just a continual regular repeated beep.
Tried rebooting router and unplugging/replugging, but it appears the problem is at your end.
Please could you get this fixed?

I logged onto my talktalk account and used the report a fault option for both phone and TV and it said
"Sorry, there’s a problem with our network
Your services will be affected. If you need any support then click the button below.
What's the issue?
We've been looking into an issue on our network, and this is causing problems ..."
It looks like the fault is resolved now.
