Hi
My new Motorola phone kept popping up with "no internet connection" when connected to my elderly HG633 Router. I tried resetting the HG 633 but no change. A friend loaned me a BT HomeHub II which the the phone works fine with. How do I request a replacement for rthe faulty HG633?
