My 5+ year old faulty router needs replacing...Suggested by online TT tech support.
I have a Fibre 65 account which has been producing 65 mbp & 18 mbp for 5 years, but now the Upload speed has dropped from 18mbp to 4.4 mbp and won't recover with a restart or factory reset! So on my recent online & phone consultations & tests with your Tech support, they thought that it was probably an age/usage problem with my old Router! Therefore, could someone in support here please send me a latest replacement router? I would of course be willing to return my old one!

Thanks Debbie for the very quick replacement of my Router...But unfortunately it has made No difference to my Upload speed!
Which is still very low at 4.5 mbps...when I used to get 18mbps!
I am on a Fibre 65 account, and my Download speed remains good at 66 mbps...but my upload speed has decreased for over 2 weeks!
Despite TT support online & phone help & diagnoses and the new router...Could you please get a physical Engineer to fix this??
