Sagecom Fast5364-3-T8 Router Needs Replacing

Hi, i’ve had intermittant (few minutes) ‘no internet’ connection issues over the last week or so before tonight, whereby its gone completely. When trying to log into the router, i get ‘Communication Error with the gateway’. Solid otsnge light on the front. No firmware version is being displayed on the login page. I’ve tried resetting the router (30secs with pin) but nothing happens. It only responds to a power off. Reading various other posts, it appears to be a common issue in recent mths? I’ve had the router a number of years without issue. I’ve done the online checks for my line etc and the talk talk tools are showing no issues. Can a replacement router be sent out to me please?
