Hi,
I have been trying to log in to the Community for a couple of days now and am having no luck when using Chrome on an iPad 10.
The iPad is up to date, as is Chrome. I have cleared the Cache and Cookies and the problem remains.
What happens is;
I enter my email address, hit return and instead of getting the access code entry screen, authentication flashes up, then the email address entry screen reappears.
Opera, Firefox and Safari works fine.
Any ideas?

That’s what I’m finding. It worked a few hours ago, then I’ve come to comment on your posts and it’s failing again….
Looks like it’s pot luck for the time being.

As far as I've found, it it very intermittent. One day it may work, the next day it may not.

You’re right it’s exactly the same, unfortunately it is still happening.
Don’t know if you saw my last post, but it does the same on a PC.
Just tried it on my Android phone - again, the same result.

Seems to be an intermittent fault.
Logging in to MyAccount first always seems to work ok.

Thanks for the reply.
I’ve just logged into My Account and selected Help. It took me straight to the Community page. On tapping Community my avatar appeared and everything was there.
I’ve also double checked by trying to login directly to Community again and the problem is still there.
I have since tried logging directly in to Community from my PC on Chrome and am getting exactly the same result.

Thats a strange one. Are you able to sign in to My Account with Chrome and use the link for community from there ?
