New router needed

My Sagemcom-FAST5364 router is constantly dropping connections. Speed tests when it works is ok but then connection drops. I've had the router for around 4 years or so. Please may I get a new one?
I don't know how else to ask. The chat bot just went around in circles then ignored me.
