Unable to access work website which goes via Global Protect VPN

I work from home and until yesterday (15th April) i had no issues accessing my company website which is protected by a VPN. Now it wont connect at all and so far TalkTalk seem clueless as to what might be causing it. Unfortunately this now means a 20 mile round trip into the office every day and unless its resolved sharpish TalkTalk will be getting the boot. The router is an EERO. Any suggestions?

I appear to have resolved the issue by turning off Advanced Security in the eeros app. Not sure if an update has changed this feature or if I'm exposing myself to nefarious activity with it switched off but at least I've saved myself a 20 mile round trip to work every day.

That would be great @GeeLeigh, I hope you understand that, as a customer myself,  I can only do this testing with VPN clients that I can test for free.

Hi Keith, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately i'm not clued up enough technically to answer that question. I'm at work currently so i'll ask management or try IT and get back to you.

I was not aware of VPN problems with the eero routers at all. Which VPN protocol does this VPN client use? I should thenhopefully be able to replicate this failure for you & action it accordingly.
