Need new Router

I have a never ending problem with buffering on my SKY Q Box. Rebooting the Router resolves the problem for a short time but it keeps recurring.

This has been investigated multiple times with various promises of resolution including 2 Router replacements.
I have no problem with my Download Speed to the Router.

I was concerned about the location of the Router and have made the effort to relocate it to a better position but that has not helped.
The SKY Q Box only uses the 2.4Ghz Band and I don’t seem to have a problem with the 5Ghz Band

Having read similar comments about this I request that you once again send me a New Router.

Under the circumstances, would it be possible to supply an updated Router instead of just replacing the Router with the same type? Thank you.

That’s my details updated and the Router Type is SAGEMCOM FAST 5364-3, T8

As I indicated this will be my 3rd new Router so I would appreciate if you could perhaps replace it with a newer type if this is possible.

Thank you

Hi @Graeme8 your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.  In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here.

It would also help to know which router you currently have?
