I have Fibre35, but it seems I cannot upgrade to Full Fibre.

Is this because of Openreach, or is it just that it is not available at my house?

It's not a problem as such, it just it what it is, Openreach appear to have  drawn a line on which you seem to have fallen on the wrong side.  As I said, have a look at the options which are actually available to you, rather than those that are not.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

The problem seems to be that Openreach put broadband on to our estate, but left 5 houses on the end of Southfields BA11 5AN with partial FTTC, which means those 5 houses can only get 35Mbps broadband. Help!

Hi Roy,

How are you getting on, has you tried the checker as ferguson suggested?

It may be that Openreach do not have a service available, nor one of TalkTalk's other partners. There me be alternative network providers you can check with. Try the Ofcom checker here

I have removed your address details, it is best not to post such information in public.
