Hi
there have been changes to my install day. Openreach are coming Friday morning to get the internal install done.
I have just realised I have not received my new router, can’t see any orders in my account to track.
as talk talk is my provider, am I right to assume that openreach wont bring it with them?

Sometimes it does arrive with the engineer. It's usually a very tight schedule if sent ahead - just a day or on the day.
But worth giving Talktalk a call, or use Chat during the day.
