I signed up to TalkTalk fiber broadband package and was informed I would receive a voucher for doing so after 3 months. I signed up on the 22 August and still haven't received any information via email about my voucher and over 3 months has now passed.
Please can you check this for me.
Sorry to hear this, if you would like the online support team to look into it for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile here so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then give them a day or two to respond.
Unfortunately The offer was for Fibre only, During the sign up you added TV to the package , meaning that you are ineligible for any vouchers.
I can only advise that you follow our complaints procedure to dispute this.
