As in the subject heading, my router seems software/firmware is out-of-date (Software - SG4K10001400t, GUI - 1.152.6) I have ‘chatted’ with an operator who told me that the router had been updated and was on 24hr observation. However, the ‘My Router’ facility still states that an update is required. How do I get this device updated?

Yes 158 is the latest version and we have version 174 coming soon too.

As mentioned in my previous message, the software seems to have been updated (Software version SG4K10002828t, GUI version 3.7.8). Also, the TT website seems to be reporting that the router software is up-to-date. Is there a newer version of the software?

The router is on (it almost always on). I note that the software seems to have been updated (Software version SG4K10002828t, GUI version 3.7.8);perhaps this is the most recent version.

Thanks for your message. I received a notification that tests had been completed on the line, today. Of course, it’s not the line that is the problem but the requirement to update the router software. I hope you are able to assist with this. 🙂

Apologies, we are experiencing an issue updating the firmware at the moment. Our Devices Team are working to resolve this.

Leave it on all the time, @Alphanor1, and it should update overnight. Staff can check things for you after the weekend.
