received email about change to everymail. it says We’ve continued to provide your TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. However, as you’re no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer, we’re unfortunately unable to continue offering it at no cost. Providing a high-quality email service requires ongoing investments in infrastructure, security, and innovation.
I have been a talktalk broadband customer about 40 years and still am and still use the router you supplied about 3-5 years.
So why do i have to change to everymail and is the a way i can continue without changing

I've just finished on the chat line with an agent.
He said that large numbers of customers have been sent this email in error, and not to worry, I wont be disconnected.
Lets hope he is correct
