My new router isn’t communicating with my devices

I set up my new router. It’s up and running and all the lights are on. It’s a new line and I did the line test on the master socket and everything is working fine. My issue is none of my devices ex phone and laptop can see the network name in the Wi-Fi drop down. It’s like the router isn’t communicating with my devices. Is this something I can do on my end to help them see each other? If so what do I need to do? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you so much. I reset my router and now I am able to connect. It now shows the Wi-Fi network.
Thank You Again

Do you mean to do the reset where I put the paper clip in the back. Reset it that way? I was thinking of trying that but didn’t want to mess anything up.

Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you tried factory resetting the router and then reset it back up again?

Thanks

Michelle

Sorry if I wasn’t to clear. The phone and laptop aren’t seeing the router. When you go on the phone to Wi-Fi my new network isn’t listed. It’s the same for the laptop. Not listed. On the phone I tried to join a new network and type in my info. It couldn’t find the network.

Just to be clear, do you mean the phone and laptop are seeing the WiFi network? If so you, may need to clear any previous connections from other devices. Otherwise, please explain further.
