Patreon images not loading

When is TalkTalk going to resolve their issue with the Patreon website and images being blocked? I use Patreon on a daily basis and completely fed up with this issue. I know I can use a VPN but that is not the point . I feel that a company like TalkTalk should be able to resolve this ongoing problem.

The Patreon website is currently blocked due to a virus detection identified by our security protocols. This measure is in place to protect our users from potential threats. Unfortunately, we are unable to unblock the website at this time.

Yes, no problems with other networks or using mobile data.

Accessing the website has never been the problem. Interestingly I have just found this :

“This problem appears to be related to TalkTalk's handling of IPv6 connections, causing disconnects. While TalkTalk is aware of the issue, a solution is still being worked on. In the meantime, a workaround involves using a VPN to access Patreon. “

No, I have this turned off. It will only work if I turn off Homesafe completely ie Virus and scam protection. If there is a virus being detected, then why is it only Talktalk that has the issue, as far as I know no other provider is blocking these images etc

Oh, and best to restart the router after whitelisting a site, preferably for 30 minutes to start a new session.

I'm not suggesting turning it off but adding the site to the allow list.

Thank you. I did try turning off kids safe and made no difference but will try again .

A quick Google search suggests Patreon allows 18+ material and it's probably for this reason kid safe blocks content.
