Images not loading on Patreon website or app

Help please images are not loading. It is only certain websites this occurs with, but whenever I log into Patreon website or via their app,  none of the pictures load on any of their pages. This happens when using my TalkTalk wifi on both my laptop and phone and iPad. However, if I use my 4G on my phone then all the pictures will load so it’s not a problem within the website or their app.

This is a new problem which started a couple of days ago before then I accessed this site no bother. I've tried clearing cache/cookies and going incognito mode but none of these has fixed it. There must something in my wifi causing this but I'm not sure what.

Hello,

Did you ever find a fix for this? I have had this issue for couple days also and have been racking my brain trying to fix it out!

Hey that's great news now remember that TT content blockers and kidsafe, homesafe rely on the TT DNS servers to work, so if you rely on them switch back to TT DNS when you have finished patreoning..

I have changed the DNS as you suggested and it appears to be working ok now. Thank you so much.😊

Hi @Shirltay1 could be true, the Talktalk DNS servers often appear to be a bit slow catching up with the rest of the world, hence it can be worthwhile changing the DNS in the router.

Talk talk are saying the site has a virus, hence why it’s being blocked. I’m not convinced this is the reason.

Hi @Shirltay1 have you tried using one of the freely available VPN or changing your DNS settings to say Google? 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4?
