Why am I still Wairing for TalkTalk to give me Access to Sending my Emails

I have been in contacting TalkTalk for weeks...Into Fixing my Emails Out..I cannot send Emails due to this thing keeps popping up..Stopping me. And I am sent to you Guys to help..I am getting Importamt Emails I cannot Answer..I have been with talktalk Broadband for years. and Paying every month With  Email Service. Im not a Whiz kid and dont know any..How Long is it Going to take Talk Talk. to fix their Bllunder?? Now when I try to post this it wants a Label ? I dont no what these Lbles are

Hi there @IAMLEAVINGTT1 Looking into the notes on your account I can see that a webform was filled out for you to stop further communication regarding Everymail and please confirm if the email you received the communication from is the same as the one registered on the account. Thanks
