Need to speak to customer service person re ongoing problem with my broadband. Had member of CityFibre visit me this morning and he has done all he can and said I now need to call a member of staff at TalkTalk about the next things to do. How am I supposed to be able to do that when I have no broadband to be able to access your website? I need to be able to call your customer services but I don't know a direct number. I've tried several times and said I need to speak to someone and just keep being sent a txt and then cut off which is NOT GOOD. I'm now having to use a neighbours wifi to be able to write this, but he is not happy about it and neither am I. PLEASE CALL ME ASAP!!!

Hi Rachel,
I'm sorry to hear this. Is your broadband connection currently not working?
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number or Account number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Michelle
