I made my payment yesterday and it has not reflected on the app,my Internet has been disconnect now and I've made the payment over 24hrs.

Sorry that you are having problems. 

 

I cant see any restrictions on your account, have you called the full fibre team to check for a fault?

@Ajibola, so have you had no service since before 9th Feb when you originally posted, or did it come back and now gone again?

 

It will be difficult for staff to check what's going on without your completed community profile, so please go via your avatar; settings etc and add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Please clarify the dates of the disconnection and staff will look into this for you.

I made payment on 8th of February but to my surprise I saw it on the app this morning that am having a credit on my account.

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes?

What happens if you switch off the router for fully 30 minutes, then try again, @Ajibola?
