My router is receiving a good download speed of around 80mbps. All of my devices however are being hardcapped at 30mbps. I can't access any settings where this could be changed. Resetting the router hasn't helped.

Can I just confirm, have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested again as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds?

When you say you have reset the router, did you leave it switched off for at least 30 minutes?

Are those supposedly "capped" devices connected by LAN or WiFi ?

If they are on WiFi then you may be subject to local interference which is causing issues.

There are no settings that limit speed to individual devices in TT supplied HUBs and routers.
