No Internet at home , day 3 and counting

Hi

 

We have no Internet at home since 2nd Nov. This issue has been raised with TalkTalk. They havent been able to proivde any concrete time when this will be resolved. Additionally, to get to someone from customer service on phone, waiting time is min 45-50mins, this is exactly same for online chat as well.

The service and updates has been very unclear, online status dashboard doesn't provide any up to date information.

Can someone tell me if there is an escalation number which gets connected quickly?

Also, this type of service is not acceptable so what are my rights to leave them

@samirpatki, this is pretty much the same issue as the topic you started earlier. 

 

I'll close it to new posts for the moment, so follow up on your earlier thread. 

 

Incidentally, it is far too early to be thinking about leaving when Talktalk has barely had time to start looking into the issue. Check the Ts&Cs and Complaints procedures, linked at the foot of the page, for your rights as a customer, and timescales etc.

Sorry to see this. There are no special numbers to call for escalation. If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
