Broadband not working - working from home

Dear TalkTalk, 

 

I have been away for holiday for three weeks, now returned to find that my broadband is not working - with a continuous flashing orange/amber light on the modem. I have tried to reset the router and turn it on and off for twenty minutes as per your website with no effect. I have attempted to contact yourselves via the live chat, again with no response. I have tried to contact yourself via telephone number but was advised that you are closed (although your opening hours on the website suggests otherwise). Could you please kindly advice how to get the internet back on or at least advice how do I get in touch with anyone ASAP? I am working from home and requires the internet to be back up today as I could not do any work at all.
