Hi. Since renewing my contract I have been unable to view my account online. I log in, get the 'Preparing dashboard' message and then the ever rotating circle which NEVER stops! I have also tried to return my old router in the supplied bag with Talktalk's pre-printed returns bag only to be told by the post office that the postcode is invalid! Come on guys, what's going on?
Can anyone help?

In relation to the dashboard, please disable and pop-up/ ad blockers, or alternatively try a different browser.
The returns bag issue is a known issue so you should receive a new bag soon.
