Hi,

 

A  few weeks ago I was sent an email saying my router has reached the point where it will receive no further updates.

 

Yesterday I received an email with details about renewing my contract.

 

If I renew my contract for 24 months, will I get a new router?

Hi @nomfezeko-TT ,

 

I am not having any problems, as far as I can tell.

 

 I was just trying to find out whether I got a new router on renewal (as I had the email saying my current router was no longer supported), before deciding whether to renew my contract with Talk Talk.

Not automatically I believe. They will be replaced at some stage.

 

Are you experiencing any issues at the moment?

 

You are though, in the staffs queue for them to look into this for you.
