My new fibre 150 (after house move )was due to go live remotely yesterday . It failed as PON light remained flashing . No solution was achieved after talking to technical help .
I think there may be a problem with the ONT registered at my address.
the ONT serial number is as photo .
Please could this urgently be passed to Openreach to investigate and fix remotely or with engineer visit.
