I assume that. since TT billing have not told me any different (by email by end March) - that my current fixed price contract (£31 inc unlimited calls) will continue at the same price for another 12 months ?
And still no sign of an upgrade being made available on YOUR OFFERS AND UPGRADES - Despite full fibre actually being available at my property for over 12 months....

@Weevie, in your even older thread, dealing with the contract that you set up last year, Arne reassured you that you could order full fibre back then, once the new contract had gone through:
It maybe fell off your radar?

These things cannot be set up through forum support, @Weevie, though staff are able to check your account details etc.

I didn't receive it
How am I supposed to upgrade - MYACCOUNT doesn't give me any upgrade options
on 16-04-2025 03:36 PM
@Weevie you are not in a fixed contract, a communication about price rise was sent out on the 14/03/2025 to the email address that is registered on the account. Your current contract is ending 12/11/2026. FTTP is available in your area currently you can upgrade.

You are always better to phone or use Chat, as you know, @Weevie.
The My Account offers, when they show, tend to include extras which you might have to spend time on unravelling.
While full fibre might be theoretically available in your area, it might be under a monopoly contract with another supplier - not a lot that Talktalk can do about that.
There are also limitations due to engineer availability.
