Refund on deceased's account

My brother passed away recently and I advised Talktalk via the bereavement team at the end of March. His account was to be closed off as at 4 April 2025.
A final bill has now been received and a small refund of £4.03 is due. As I can't access my brother's "my Account" I would be grateful for your assistance in drawing this to a conclusion. It strikes me that the easiest solution would be to credit my account with yourselves but if this isn't possible can you please remit the funds to my bank as my brother's bank account has now been closed. I have noted my brother's information under Private Notes in my own account.

Good morning @kenwalker. My heartfelt condolences for your loss. Please do contact the bereavement team using the number 0345 172 0038 during these hours Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday 9am - 6 pm and Sunday - Closed. They will assist you with transferring the funds to your TalkTalk account.
