Looking at my account you been charging me 24p here 97p there I can only go back to october 23

You been putting call charges on my bill

Now I have not had a phone handset for over 15 years connected to my line so please look into this and refund my money to account what I added up so far is 6.00 so god nose how much you took over the years your be able to verify this as no calls made from my line

It's a joke we pay enough monthly without talking extra it may be small amounts but over 15 yrs that will add up

I'm disabled so no need to take *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* out of me

Hi there, I just looked at your bill and you don't owe anything. You haven't made any transactions since 2024, please send me a screenshot on the private message I've sent you. Thanks

@Tmt1968

Take a close look at the bill as any calls charged for will have been itemised.

Sometimes there are rogue engineer calls or alarm / medical equipment of some sort that uses the phone system; or strange speaking clock tests.

It's worth getting to the bottom of that. It's also worth checking that there's no crossed line - it happens more often than you might think, so calls made by someone else in all innocence can end up showing on your bill. It's worth plugging in a handset, if you can borrow one, and dial 17070 [free] which reads back your own number to you, or otherwise if the line has been crossed with someone else's.

Staff will be on here after 8am.
