talktalk cancelled an engineer appt and rebooked a different one, apparantly the first was the wrong type of engineer for the job .... so the other one came and fixed the issue, now i have been billed for the first cancelled one even though talktalk did the cancellation and told me no charge would be made to my account for it...i had a phone call from the community welfare team about the issue/fault/repair etc...how do i get hold of them? i should not have this charge on my next bill

Ah right yes i can see that now... i was looking underneath that where the bill details are and it shows £118 including the charge...but of course it is the account balance which is the amount that will be taken, which is the current correct monthly normal charge. Thank you. This made me feel ill this morning seeing that email with that charge on it....thank you.

I can see that the charge has now been removed.
You can see it in My Account under the account balance section.
