Chris - you are ignoring my original questions! How do I claim compensation for this very poor service and how are you going to resolve this on-going issue? BT have confirmed there is an issue with the exchange which is currently running via a generator which stops once the battery runs out after 3 hours and we lose connection again the for remained of the day/evening. I don't think 3 hours of connection is good enough.......do you?
