Broadband help

No dialling tone on my home phone and router can not make an ISDN connection. Having to use my iPad hotspot to get an internet connection.  It started as an intermittent connection early this morning and the last 30 mins it has been down continuously.  I have been trying to chat to someone and can't get through after waiting 15 mins.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and an engineer visit has been arranged for 16/03 AM (8am - 1pm)

 

Please let us know how you get on following this visit.

Don't think you mean an ISDN connection.

 

What service do you actually have from TT and what light(s) are showing on your router ?

 

Call 0345 172 0088 to report the issue from a mobile or use Live Chat from your device.
