I have had no broadband or landline for 2 weeks due to Openreach having damaged the cable installing full fibre ducts in the pavement outside. An Openreach engineer has identified the exact place where the cable is damaged. I have now been waiting a week for an Openreach dig team to appear. What can I do to speed things up? My mobile signal is almost unusable on the house.

Thanks for that. This is still in hand with Openreach. There was an update earlier today saying that this is with the Complex Engineer team. I'm sorry this is taking so long to resolve.
