My internet has been down all day 

router flashing orange 

connection line test says there are problems with phone line

The fault is now showing as resolved and the line is showing in sync and connected.

 

Is everything working ok now?

This fault is still with the engineers, no additional updates provided at the moment sorry.

This fault is linked to an outage in your area and is being investigated by the engineers.
