Not able to connect to office VPN

Hi there,

 

I've been having issues for a few months being unable to connect to my office VPN using my TalkTalk internet connection (I have no issues from any other ISP).  Raising questions on with the online chat and on the technical phoneline haven't resolved the issue, but I note from the chat in the link here (

you have sent out a new router to people with a similar issue (which the online chat colleagues have previously refused as they don't accept it is an internet issue, which from my end it obviously is). Are you able to assist?
