PS5 won’t connect to the internet

Hi there, I’d be grateful if anyone can please help! 
My son has come back from his Dad’s and his PS5 won’t connect to my talktalk broadband. I changed some security settings last week after I found he could access stuff he shouldn’t on his phone and this seems to have affected him being able to connect his PS5. I have changed the settings back to ‘off’ temporarily to see if he can now connect but it still won’t connect. I can’t get through to a real person at talktalk! Can anyone please help? Thank you 🙏

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
