You say set up in the title, are you setting up following transfer to fibre?

 

Is the cable from the ONT box in the correct input?

 

Likewise, if you have been sent the hub as a replacement and you are not on full fibre, is the cable to the correct input?

 

A bit more info may help us diagnose the issue.
