Hello,

 

Please can someone advise how to reactivate one of my additional email addresses which appears to have been deactivated.

 

Have looked in My Account but can't see anywhere to do this.

Hello,

 

Thanks for all help. The deactivated email address is included in the private notes field of my profile.

 

After Everymail referred me back to TalkTalk I used the messaging option in the TalkTalk app again and found a very helpful customer service member who assisted getting the deactivated email address reactivate. So all good and issue solved.

@Owen3032 have you added your deactivated email address to your private notes field in your profile?

This will help support staff trace this and see of it's deactivated or maybe deleted

 

There is a difference between a deactivated and a deleted account. If it's been deleted it can't be activated again.

Went to TalkTalk chat in the app and was told to contact Everymail which I did and they directed me back to TalkTalk. So am struggling to get resolved

As the email address want to reactivate is deactivated the link won't accept this email address

You manage your emails now via Mailbox Manager as per the details @Thabile-TT provided a link to.

 

Unfortunately that link does not provide a link to Mailbox Manager.
