I've been using TalkTalk for a few years now but i've never had a router upgrade and im currently using the Huawei HG633 which is very outdated and rather vintage from 2015 and its performing poorly and we're having to turn it off and on everyday but its slow and doesn't fully give me the Fibre 65 package that I am on.If so is it possible to get a new router that the Fibre 65 package uses.

@scottbamutd the router that you current6ly have is up to date if you are not experiencing any technical issues we cannot send out the router with no charge.

I have today renewed my contract,so I would expect at least to have the most up-to-date date router after 14 years of being a customer.

I mean you are currently in contract and will not be able to recontract.

To receive a new router, You are currently in contract therefore, we can explore available options for a discounted price, which would allow you to upgrade your equipment while ensuring your internet connection remains secure.

Mandissa. I am not asking for tests to be doon.I am stating performance of the router using many devices.
