@Seanpp, you've posted on another customer's old thread, so, if you need staff support, do return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own.
Just because Full Fibre is in the ground nearby doesn't mean it's available yet through Talktalk to you.
You can only keep checking by putting on your postcode through the facility on the main Talktalk website and seeing what comes up.
If it is available, phone 03451 720088 or use Chat to discuss the price. If you need the use of your landline phone number, be sure to inform Talktalk of that at the time of ordering, not afterwards. It would need to be "with VOIP" not data only

I want to leave my supplier talk talk because I'm stuck on the 65 fibre contract with slow speeds when the outside cables have been upgraded RRecently and there offering new customers fibre 150,fibre 500,900 ..surly I can upgraded especially if the new customers deal is same price for over triple the speeds

Hi Dave,
As far as I am aware no, however it would be worth chatting directly with our Sales Team as they will be able to confirm this.
Thanks

Hello,
The network that's used to provide the service is not detailed during the sales journey, it could be either as we don't get to specify as it's based on availability. It's possible that whilst both is available, one may not currently have capacity for new customers so you'd go onto the other network.
Thanks
Michelle
