Rather confused. Maybe I'm being a bit dense. At the top of my account page it says 'even though you are out of contract we're freezing your price.'
But then it says elsewhere '24 fixed term contract ends 30 October 2025'
Am I in or out of a contract?????? Online chat has been no help.
